Here is my Life Size Yoda from Pepsi (a little larger that life size).
Yoda was given away at certain venues for promoting Star Wars - Episode I - The Phantom Menace.

I acquired my Yoda through a drawing at Block Buster Video though I believe you could of also bought him from the Star Wars Fan Club.
