werewolf (wâr-, wûr'-)
In European folklore, a man who changes into a wolf at night and devours animals, people, or corpses, returning to human form by day. Some werewolves are thought to change shape at will; others, who inherited the condition or acquired it by being bitten by a werewolf, are transformed involuntarily under the influence of a full moon. Belief in werewolves is found throughout the world and was especially common in 16th-century France. Humans who believe they are wolves suffer from a mental disorder called lycanthropy.

I have always had a fascination with creatures and werewolves are no exception. I have always wanted a full body werewolf costume but never wanted to shell out the thousands upon thousands of dollars to get one. With some studying and research I have decided that I will attempt to create my own full body werewolf costume.

I do not want my werewolf costume to look cartoony but realistic. I sat down and researched werewolves and designed my idea. So I started making my structure assembly for my legs / foot paws. Click here to see how I created my digigraded legs / foot paws.
