The CD-ROM / Video that I was contracted to help create by the Indianapolis Governement Center - Office of Air Permits
is to be used and viewed ONLY by the workers at the Indianapolis Governement Center.

This CD-ROM / Video was created by using Video, CPU Graphics, Music, Narriation, and more.
It was a complex process to create such a presentation for the State of Indiana.
Over-all this project was a success!
